Working Hard but my ot wont grow um.

Hey guys...
I already had to much problem with rl maps and scripts, and all this type of shit.
So i decide to do a full custom map, and thoght that this ot was awesome, so i release it, yesterday, using otserver AD, and got fucked.. 100 accounts created, Max players was 52, and it downs for 30, and now 15.
I'm kinda tired of this situation.
What i'm doing wrong?
That feba.me.nu Jesus man.. That is a ridiculous ot and got 800 easy.

@Shabba001 Well, I'm playing your server its pretty good but randomly i get kicked and die so maybe that's your problem repeated kicks annoying players. Only happens when hunting. I'm almost guessing its the bless system you have or it has something to do with monster attacks.
