Bizarre creatures found in North Carolina sewers in the United States. After studying the camera, it is known that they are weak against light and live on bacteria and decomposers.
If you look at 1:51 minutes in, you will see it has needles, could it be harmful? No, this is not fake, do some research.

Here is the video:

Title changed because of some lame "alien" discussion.

lol, dude... thats no alien <.<

everytime something new is found, that have never been seen before, is claimed to be weird or something, Humans is made to have to know reason before they research it... which lead to many myths and such..

and I can tell you already, This I Not An Alien!

I never said it was an alien, learn to actually understand English.

Yea, everyone "assumed" or wanted to believe that it was like an alien.

But sorry to tell ya, when they examined it, it turned out to be a new specie of a worm of some kind.

Looks creepy, though :p

@Lostboy: title says if it's a alien, Xaroth wants to tell that it's not.

It's most likely a Tubifex worm or a kind of (google it).

It's a alien!!
Well looks something like in those alien movies..

Ofc it's not a alien xD

One plausible theory emerged at DeepSeaNews.com that holds that it may actually be a mass of invertebrate worms that normally inhabit stagnant water in ponds, lakes, and streams. They may be tubificids (Naididae) of the genus Tubifex that have balled together since in the warren of sewers there was no soil they began to coil around each other. When one worm contracts in response to stimulus, such as the videocam light, the rest of the swarming worms contract in unison.

Not alien, although it is very nasty. :p

@Up,

That is great, never though of that.
