Hello,

Last time i was playing on shadowcores 5 months ago. I logged in today and i start again playing, i want to chose my black sheep mount and... I dont have it(I remember it was really hard to loot reins from magicians because all time there was 5x more people than mobs). Next i want to change my outift to full oriental and mount dromedary... But! I dont have 2nd oriental addon and i dont have dromedary. Any1 have idea what the hell happend?
 
If you really want i can search for screens on my old PC...
 
There is no way the mounts/addons could just disappear from your character and we have obviously not removed them manually. Maybe you have confused your character with another character you had here, or on some other server.
 
You just want to get new addons without having to pay aaaah we got you baby
