Xampp ACC problem !

Why nobody cant connect to my acc page but they can connect to my ot server ?? I have open all needed ports and allowed xampp and apache on my firewall ...

If you have skype installed and your webserver is running on port 80, make sure that skype is set to not use port 80 and 443 for alternative incoming connections.
(Skype -> Options -> Advanced -> Connection -> "Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives of incoming connections")

Are you sure that your XAMPP is set to use port 80 and that you forwarded port 80 and not some other port?

Also are you sure that your ISP dosnt block the port 80?

Did it... Cant port forward i dont have a router, so I just set my page to port:8080 from xampp. Thx man.
