Xampp Apache won't work

My apache don't want to run... I've had this problem before but now I don't know how to fix it. I would be really glad if someone could help me ASAP!

Did you open your ports? Honestly, I've had problems with Xampp like this before too and sometimes completely redownloading it can solve the issue.

Yeah I have reopened it I will check the ports again

Your apache wont run when you click "start" at XAMPP control panel? If so remove the whole XAMPP map and install it again.. Worked for me.

Close skype completely or make it use other ports than 80 and 443.
Secondly, if you're playing LoL close it.

Well that's not the problem... My ports dosen't seem to be 100% opened.
