Xampp Error - Mac Os X 10.8.4

Hello brothers and sisters..

Today I tryed to make a website and a Server in my Macbook air 10.8.4 (M. Lion)
.I've downloaded Xampp 1.8.2, GESIOR ACC 0.3.6 and Created password on PhpMyAdmin and imported my database.. (mysql.sql).
And then I was going to install the website!.. BUT::: When i went to http://localhost/install.php
I get this error or warning!

Warning: parse_ini_file(config/config.ini): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/install.php on line 2

I will be glad If you help me with this.
I will also give you REP++ If you help me to solve my problem!

1. Get a real computer to host a website.
2. I'm guessing you need to give elevated privileges to xampp because the OS is not allowing it to access the files you want.
