Xampp error! =/

i tried to install xampp but ...

ports 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use! Installing Apache 2.2 service failed!

maybe call your isp, they might know whats wrong with your port(80) they might be blocking

There's a tool included with xampp which checks what uses what port.

xampp-portcheck


It should come with all xampp versions, if you don't have it then just download newest xampp 1.7.x and use the tool. it will tell you exactly what uses you'r ports.
