Xampp failed installtion. Help please!

Hey guys...I Installed Xampp just now, for Apache and MySql services... but at the end of the installation, I get these pop ups...
:
Ports 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use! Installing Apache2.2 service failed!
:
Ports 3306 already in use! Installing Xampp service failed!


Please help me with this problem.. I can't seem to get them running, and therfor I can't fix a database nor get my server online ;(

Open Task Manager, click "services" stop mysql and apache, try again.

Maybe you didn't understand my problem... read this error again:

they don't even get installed properly

Then do what I said.. in Windows, MYSQL and Apache are default used for anything that connects to another person online, (Skype, MSN, etc.)
