Xampp-Gesior-Problem

Hello otlanders.
My friend just made a server, and i helped him with the website (Gesior acc).
The problem is... That nobody can enter the website..
We've opened ports 80 both tcp & udp
we've opened ports 7171 & 7172 created ip at no-ip, Apache is running, mysql is running...

HELP

set firewall off

check if your port is open -- port 80
