check maybe something in the mods i had this problem before try disabling all ur mods and if it works trying one by one till you know which make this

if you are using a dedicate server if multiple cores set in config.lua coresUsed="0" and bye bye crashes, if u are using old revisions of xampp go to task manager and set afinit for only 1 core each procces of apache and mysql too

And if that doesn't work. You could try using Uniform Server instead of Xampp. It's far more secure and stable.
