Xampp "Portforwarding"

Okey, I wanted to start to host my own ot today and I had plenty of problems with ports.
My question is whats wrong, and what should be in the IP-adress box.

Btw, when I type in localhost I get a error like if Internet is disconnected. "Page can't be found", but If I try this http://127.0.0.1/ it shows me my acc page. So again, whats wrong?

127.0.01 is your local IP adress.
So only you will be able to use it.

Try using

Http://whatismyip.com/ which will be your global IP
put that into the IP Box


What server are you running?
