Xampp problem.

Hello i have a problem with Xampp. When i try to run MySQL and Apache it should start running but it dont. I don't know why. There is a screenshoot:

What should i do?

Because port 80 and 3306 is in use by other aplication. For example, u will not be able to run apache if skype will be on, cuz skype is using port 80.

Go to C:\xampp and start xampp-portcheck
then you can see if your ports is used by another program...
If so, close it and try again

You mean change port for MySql and Apache?
I don't think that's possible...
My advice is that you close the programs
that are using port 3306 and 80...

It's possible. I would reccomend doing what was said above, trying to figure out what is occupying port 80, but if you want to change the port that apache runs on follow this tutorial:

Make sure your XAMPP_START has not been started though, that may cause alot of problems too. Try to stop them in your control panel.

I suggest you to start your xampp with your XAMPP_START in the xampp folder. That usually doesn't bring any problems.

When i make running xampp-portcheck i see all ports are free

It's show free before run mysql and apache and after. I think the problem is not because port. Any other sugestions?

do the following :-

*Shut down XAMPP.
*Open XAMPP Control Panel again.
*make a TICK on MYSQL (FIRST) then click "Start"
*Then make a TICK on Apache (second) then click "start" and will work fine.

But it don't. When i go like it's written in tutorial, to
http://localhost/phpmyadmin there is an error so i think it doesn't work. Also when i run xampp control panel it shows apache and mysql stopped

I think it because some other thing. In some other tutorial, when i make password for security, security table should look like this:

Ok close the topic. I forgot that half year ago i needed sql for ddos attack and i forgot to uninstal mysql 5.1 and it was taking ports. I deleted it and all works. EOT
