XAMPP problems

Well I just bought an vps off of vpsland. I installed xampp and apache and mysql says its running but when I go to 127.0.0.1 or localhost/xampp they give me this error

* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.

but I coudl access any other websites. what is the problem? please help me

Did you start Xampp?

Use the xampp_restart.exe

Maybe is something with the VPN try this

Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig /all

Then you will get the computer LAN ip 192.168.X.XXX or something and the write that into the browser
