I was using xampp 1.7.3 until there are some bugs, I decided to switch to version 1.6.5, it's okay to give more time to upload the database it takes too long, about 5 hours already in 1.7.3 and it took 2 minutes, have some place I can fix it?

So why did u remove xamp 1.7.3 its good i use it my self. its a good version.
1.6.5 is bad.

You can try AMPPS, a softaculous product, to upload your database. It has a very friendly GUI and you can easily upload your database.
