You are using Programs that blocks the port 80, like Skype...

You have to uninstall the program or use 8080

i just downloaded uniserver and for some reason the acc manager is not there :/ i have tried everything i done before but it dont work

Firefox also uses port 80 apparently. It conflicts sometimes. That's what I read on the internet anyway.

Make sure the ports are unblocked, and on uniform server, go to server status to see if they are being used by another program.

Check your systems services and disable anything that uses port 80. Easy as that.
