well first ure server isnt started because of keybuffer,second thats why forgotten server wont start since it cant connect to something that isnt there.
let me give u a suggestion, much more easy the xammp, try this WampServer

Have you tried switching the service off and on again in the Xampp cp? You can access it via the tray menu if it's minimized after start-up.
