Xbox 360 has alot better community, graphics, alot more strict rules, since Sony doesn't ban hackers, modders, etc. You can only be banned by some game, but not console. Xbox 360 has no hackers AT ALL. If there are, they last for 2 hours maximum before the console ban. PS3 has several hackers.

Nuff said.
 
Xbox 360 and PS3 have advantages over the other,

Xbox is nicer for FPS and Racing games, PS3 good for shit like fifa and guitar hero, nothing else.
