After a long time I didn't made any avatars at all, I opened mine Photoshop again to start accepting avatar requests.
Now that you've read you can request avatars here. I want you to use the detailed form that you partly need to fill up before I will do anything for you
and how more you specify things, how closer the avatar gets what you wanted.

REQUEST: iPhone bg?

I want to request an iPhone background..

An adidas text with gold glowing along with some sparks, and behind the adidas text there should be a even bigger text with EVERLAST.. behind everlast there should be black paint :p
