Xinn wtf??? soon 1 week

My server is banned for data spoofing #2, something like that.
I have been in contact with you Xinn and you just answered:
"Wasnt your server offline lastnight?"
And yes it was offline like 4 hours the first night we started the server
because we had connection problem to our dedicated. But now everything
is solved and I havent been spoofing with players, it was just a bug and
it's solved. It has soon been going 1 week and Im still ban. RLY bad service
from you otservlist.. I have been losting a lot of players cuz of this.

SO WHEN can you delete my ban? Have been waiting a lot. I have no
reason to be data spoofing! C'mon!

I cant believe my eyes. You spoofed, I gave you possibility to return to the list when you fix your bugs and you are still whining because I wasn't online on weekend? And you call that bad service?
Okey then, next time I will do no exception for you - why would I?
