This post is directed specifically at @xinn, owner of http://otservlist.org/

I'm not going to tolerate the corruption and discrimination you feel that you can impose against some of us server owners. You have 24 hours to react to this thread and release the ban of https://theoxserver.com/ or I will begin my campaign against your site, your servers, your company and anyone supporting your actions. This post is live on https://otland.net/forums/ & https://forum.theoxserver.com/ & http://forums.xenobot.net/ & https://twitter.com/oxdevteam & https://www.facebook.com/theoxserver and after 24 hours, if you have not released the ban, I will publish this throughout every inch of the Tibian community.

We launched our BETA last year (April 2015) and before we were even live, you banned us for "spoofing player count". This year, you've done it again. We officially launched our server June 18th, 2016 at 10:00 CEST and within a few hours, you banned us again for 24 hours for "spoofing player count". The following day, June 19th, 2016, you enforced a 30 day ban against us for "spoofing player count".

My team's reputation alone should hold some validity against your claims of spoofed player counts. We are the administrators of http://xenobot.net/, http://tpforums.org/, and some are even moderators of https://otland.net/. Do you really think that you can attempt to shame us, call us liars about our player count and ban us without some sort of repercussion while holding absolutely zero proof? Do you honestly think people of our position would actually try to achieve any benefit on your list, whatsoever, by faking player counts?

We are not the only server you've done this to Xinn and we won't be the last. You can either work with us, or against us, and currently you're choosing to risk your reputation by targeting our server.

My team is willing to work with any, and even promote, Open Tibia server lists that are ethically and morally fair. Owners of http://otlist.net/ & https://www.*******.com/ or any other site can contact me directly for further information. We will give Xinn his 24 hours before proceeding.

Furthermore, we will not support https://otland.net/ or anyone else that is openly engaged with Xinn and his corruption until this is resolved. Mark can speak with us directly if he has any input about the situation, or his involvement with Xinn, however the dedicated forum space here on OTLand speaks volumes already. There have been more than enough claims on these forums about Xinn's corruption in the past and not a single flinch from Xinn or OTLand. OTLand's staff deletes threads, bans users and sweeps it under the rug.

Its his site, as long as he is at the top of the food chain he can do pretty much what he wants.

You said it yourself in a previous post, his system is automated, if you were banned based on the parameters of his system then he isn't really to blame.

Money talks an bs walks, sadly this person will make money regardless of the campaign war you wage against him.
After all otservlist is synonymous with open tibia servers.

I wouldn't go that far and say they are morally fair, after all what business is?

Hate to break it to you but otland staff stopped providing support to its members long ago.

It would be easier for you if I were Codex because then your dismissal of my opinion would make sense to you in your twisted logic.

I do recall all you people sweating my boy'friend for quite some time to fix up your servers and provide systems for your projects.

Since Codex started his campaign on telling people to get an education in whatever area they are working in, you all have dismissed him as a crackpot, I really can't wait for a good majority of you to get to our ages and see what your ignorance has gotten you.

All your 'boyfriend' did was bash on people in 90% of threads and tell them they didn't know shit, hence why he is now banned.

Don't get me wromg: I am with you on this one @Joshwa534 . Honestly I don't get it myself why peoplr wouldn't use an awesome list like @HalfAway *******. It seems like except for us otland community members NONE of other ots players have an idea where else to look or just dont. I understand that otservlist was the first list I knew aswell, but I also knew otslist and others.

That being said, wheter @xinn will make a statement here or not, behind the scenes he will be like:

Don't expect everyone to hold you to a higher standard because you are relatively well known person in botting community.

OT server lists are based on trust in its owners simply because there is no good and straight forward way to prevent people cheating the system. After all, it's the server that reports the player counts. So the only way to have any reliable top list of servers based on players is to:
a) have some heuristics to detect obvious fraud, or:
b) contact the owners directly and ask for proof (what xinn has been doing with all the `netstat` verification etc).

OXServer failed to pass even the a). Your servers were constantly reporting invalid player counts through Saturday and probably on Sunday as well. Not only your login server reports max players as 0, so the list would show your server as having, e.g. "500/0 players online". But when the game server was offline, your status protocol would still report a static number of players. At one time game server was offline for more than an hour and it would still appear on otservlist with having over 300 people online (I don't have exact numbers here, sorry).

So why would anyone hold you to a different standard than everyone else is? Lots of people try their way to game the system on various server lists, get banned quickly, without ability to return. Why should you be the one who is able to constantly act against otservlist rules and get away with this? What about all server owners who try their best with limited resources to appear relatively high on the list and gain some visibility, if servers like yours are allowed, hosted by people who not give a fuck about the general state of things and expect special treatment?

And you know what - you would have probably received the level of treatment that you so desire - even if it's because xinn was afraid of community backlash - if you have fixed your shit the first instance you were notified about the problem (as the posts in other thread described). You had 24 hours to come up with a solution. I even have a solution I came up with in 15 seconds, observe:

When the gameserver crashes, BRING THE LOGIN SERVER DOWN AS WELL. so no bad server status is propagated to server lists.

Is it that hard?

....and you are?

your mom.

I forgot e-mail for my old account. I registered this one to flame with people in the "cipsoft files leak" thread but it kind of died down. So might as well use it here.

Oh, my bad. And here I was mistaking you for xinns lil brother..

@Damon: This is not my account, I didn't ask anyone to post here or on my behalf. I got informed by Ryan about the whole situation, I'm writing the statement to address all the lies from @Joshwa534. In opposotion to him, I will be sending proofs and screenshots, not just empty words. Just wait until I write it and don't fall to this cynical Joshwas game.

ps. Gunz wrote similar post on the other topic on this section. Would you call him my lil brother too? ;)

pss. Any administration/moderator can check if it's my multi. I'm totally transparent about it. You can even check if it's my IP, check the history of my IPs if it's match or check if it'sa VPN or proxy. If it's mine account, go ahead and post the IP and bash me.

No idea what gunz posted but looking forward to get an insight regarding your POV then^^
