You already rent another house - even tho its clear in db

Hello,
I have deleted all records for player id 2 (my char id) but whenever I try to buy a house it says: You already rent a house.

Even tho there is no record in houses table with owner id=2

Where else the ownership can be saved?? thanks

Only in table `houses` is saved the ownership of each house.

Try to restart the server if still it doesnt help.
