You can recover accounts by email.

You do the normal thing and enter lost password, click in your mail, and you get one with a link that will continue the stuffs.
But the link is broken in the mail...
You still get the old URL of otland and not the new one.
like this: otland.net/login.php?a=xxxxxxxxxxx

So, could you have that fixed?

not even a "we're going to looking into it"?

in my opinion this is a pretty important thing as some people maybe want to log back in with their old users but wont be able because the url system is from the old forum...
I wonder if someone else have reported this earlier and got ignored, since this user I'm using now was created of the same reason, unable to recover old accounts, which is half a year ago <.<

As you can see there, it's the old URL, OTLand haven't used .php for a long time now

did you try to clean your browser cache/cookies?
sometimes you have to clean it to work right.
