Im not sure about the rates, but its not too slow to level, not too fast. Same with skills & magic level.

Their not overpowered.
At level 300 is the highest, thats nothing. Easily taken. :P
 
When you find bugs just lemme know in PM here or post on our forum and I'll fix it asap, altho I doubt you will find any :)

And yes it looks pretty bug-free. :o
