Zao map and black places

Hello,
When i open any zao map i see black areas on map. I have rme 2.0 and tibia854 reinstalled.

It can't be worse. It's the only official and right version

And yours items.otb file and i see this error:
items.otb: Incorrect OTB version (OTB 3.16.16-8.54)
than i cilck OK
Than i see another error:
This map has been saved with an incorrect OTB version, do you
want to convert it to the newd OTB version?
If i press yes its better, but if i press no its worse.
But theres no workin way : /

jsut exchange the items from your rme to your tfs

Sory, when i press no in second error i have normal zao. But how to solve this errorrs? I dont want to show this every time i look on my map.
One rep for everony in this thread.

Also my rme always asking for path to tibia 8.6 and i cant do anything in tibia 8.6. When i choose right path it asks me again.
What i do wrong?
