Zaypay dont add points

I have a some Problem ...

After paying with Zaypay ... it will be dont added points to account ...

i have follow about 10x step by step stians tut ... and i dont know why it not work, but ... i can on the HomePage add only PremiumPoints to the Character ... and not to account ... its this problem or not???

what of script do you need ... ( in Zaypay is a lot of Scripts ^^)
