Windows ZNOTE 1.4 Shop dont work

Hey, my server working but i have 1 problem that is that when i buy something in the My Shop it says :
"Your order is ready to be delivered. Write this command in-game to get it: [!shop].
Make sure you are in depot and can carry it before executing the command!"

But when i go ingame the command dont work.

Go to "your www folder"/LUA/"your tfs version"/talkaction shopsystem. In there copy the znoteshop.lua to the talkactions script folder and in talkactions.xml add the line that you will find in "talkaction XML.txt"

Any errors in console? Are you sure you have this line in talkactions.xml?

I dont know why but i cannt give myself Points...
I use the Admin options.
I dont receive the Points to the account.

Before i reinstalled ZNOTE all works except !shop

I found the problem.

I just needed to go in http://127.0.0.1/special/ and upgrade the users
