Ok so i followed

to the T and for some reason my website

Will not connect even thought i can connect to it remotely using ip/phpmyadmin
and the database and user is right
Which is weird because when i make this mysql/php with centos 7, but when i try with ubuntu or debian 7 64 bIT
it wont work
