[Znote AAC] No points recived.

When someone donates on my server they don't get their points, I get the money and it says that the purchase was successful but they don't get their points
Please help, Rep+ for solver!

Paypal is automatic The only reason why I asked if the account was made with an "In-game" account manager is because Znote AAC uses a different table (Whatever it's called) then the normal account manager does with the Players/Accounts... It uses "Znote_Accounts" and "Znote_Players"

Sorry if that made no sense but it happened to me before :/ I just had to disable the in-game account manager

I don't have account manager enabled and everyone has made their accaount on the website.

I'm not sure : / Does it say "You have points" or "You have 0 points" to the player that tried donating?

Does your znote_accounts have a cooldown column?

If it says "you have points"... It's because the character or the account (Can't remember which one) wasn't created with Znote AAC... it was probably created with the Account Manager [ I had to disable mine :'( ]

This happened to me atleast when they used an Account Manager (In-game) to make their account & character because it doesn't add the correct information to the table: znote_accounts
