Windows [Znote AAC] Problem with paypal IPN

Hi, a few days ago, some players has told me that the paypal payment method doesnt work, it doesnt give the points and is very weird because previously it worked perfectly, so i dont know what could be the problem. I watched some posts here about that and i saw this problem gets fixed updating php version, so i updated php version to 5.6 and phpmyadmin to 4.6.0 and still not working.
