(Znote ACC) Error activating captcha system.

Can someone help me please? I'm trying to activate the captcha feature in Znote, but I can not.

I use the "Uniform Server", latest version.

My computer is Windows.
I'm trying to do this with my own IP because I do not have a virtual machine and not even a domain for website.
