Znote ACC Website Template Help

[Slaying World]

So i got a new template from znote. but whenever i delete my old layout on my www folder and replace with the new template one and i go to the website this shows up.

and then i press the [THIS] link and it shows me this

What do i have to do ? :[

Yeah i got it, thank you! anyways whats the news.php file? i cant find a news.php file to go with it
