znote acc weird problem

When I trying to login into my account on znote site and get this error
How can I fix this quickly?

Looks like you didn't install it correctly.

ALTER TABLE `znote_accounts` ADD `active_email` TINYINT(4) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `active`;

Check if your table have column / field active_email
