Znote gender change problem

Hello, I would like to ask your help again otlanders.
I'm using Znote AAC 1.5 and TFS 1.1 and when I order a gender change at the website (via shop points), if the character is online at the moment of the order, the gender isn't changed and the points are taken of the account.
How can I solve it?

We might have some problems with the name change too, I was testing it, bought the name change ticket and when used it (new name was: Tests Woman), this text appeared:

to

$chr_data['online'] = user_is_online_10($char_id) ? 1 : 0;
