Windows Znote Paypal - Not receiving points

Hi, I'm using Znote AAC and the Paypal system isn't working properly. I have the ipn set up on my Paypal to myserver/ipn.php But on my ipn history, the status is "Retrying".
When the players buy points, the payment is successful, but they never receive the points.
What am I missing? :D
