is it possible to add to shop:
-name unlock
-change name
-remove frags

for points?

Yes, internally well you would need someone with php knowledge, but its better to do it as an item in game and list it on the website as an item for sale. The name unlock would be an issue since you can't login with a locked character. As an alternative you could just have a player interact with an npc where the changes could be made there. This helps you on many levels, abuse being one of them.
