while i was trying to make website for znote aac 1.4 found this msg when i open the site with localhost

php cURL is not enabled. It is required to for paypal and ZEOTSS services.
1. Find your php.ini file.
2. Uncomment extension=php_curl
Restart web server.

If you don't want this then disable zeotss and paypal in config.php.

any ideas?

my problem is that i can't find this php.ini
