so ive followed the instruction on the webapplication to create the website but i still get this when i put localhost on the search bar,
edited everything in the config.php

Go inside your database in PHPMyAdmin, click the SQL tab, copy that SQL query from `localhost`, execute it, edit config.php to make sure that the correct database name is used along with your MySQL account details and ensure that account has access to the database you're using.

The error is access denied, it can't log into MySQL using the account details you've provided. Either you're using the wrong password/account (capital letters do matter), or that account does not have permission to use that database.
