[ZnoteAcc] Is there any way to "let" Egyptians donate?

I use PayGol and PayPal, and many egyptians told me they cannot pay via PayGol. They get some country error.
Noone of them have PayPal either.

Is there any website like PayGol (via SMS) working for egyptians and compatible with ZnoteAcc?
