Cant find it on my router D-Link 2760U

And no I ment that I cant open the ports as seen in photos above
 
I have my server running and can log in from the host pc but when i try to login in on a client pc i get to the character selection box and choose a character to login as but i get disconnected from server?? Also Uniform server shows server accessable from internet as no. i have set up portforwarding on my router but cant work out if someone wants to connect to my server do they enter the global ip address and port 7171? I have turned off firewall also.
