Hi I am having problems with DDoS attacks on my remote server. Its a Windows 2003 machine. I located the source of the problem to Australia and blocked his IP from getting access from our services. In order to prevent this individual from getting back I would like to block a range of IPs...

The human is a container. Don't think the volume of the human will decrease since the pee is in the bladder and not the belly if you will. There might be less inside him but the container will still be as big as it were before.

But when you breath you might fit a bit more in the tube but what about when he is breathing back out? The liquid is still the volume as before only diffrence this time is that there is some pee in the tube!

While sleeping last night I dreamt about a scenario where this random guy is kept inside a tube filled with some sort of liquid that allows him to breath clearly. Together with the liquid they fill up exactley 100% of the tube. Nothing more would fit inside this tube. See picture below...
