To answer your questions, I'm sure a lot of people would be interested if you were to release it (myself included) but in all honesty if I were you I would keep it to myself. I would also make the spells instantaneous (a "single shot" as you call it).

Are you kidding me? There are a bunch of custom unique servers, or at least there were, but since nobody plays them why would developers waste time making them? The problem isn't the developers. The problem is the players that donate thousands of dollars to real map servers. So why would a...

I like the concept of the server, but you need to work on your advertising skills, that's the reason the server doesn't have players. For example, this thread would get a lot more attention if the title of the thread had the word "custom" in it.

It's better, but a lot of players only play 8.6, which is why there are so many 8.6 servers. I don't fully understand why this happens, but I think it's related to the fact that elfbot only works up to 8.6.

My suggestion to you is to try and make it as accurate as possible. If I lived in Europe I'd love to see my country be mapped accurately, even if it's "details" like rivers and mountains. Especially countries that have a lot of players like Sweden and Poland.

I'm not sure you understand the English language... Mock's is gramatically correct, it means it belongs to Mock, so "Mock's Classic Snake" is the same as "Classic Snake that belongs to Mock". "Mocks" alone without the ' doesn't imply possession in any way.
