While your just working on your server, I recommend you to upgrade to latest client version, and preferred TFS 0.2. Should take some time working on script compatibility. Then you should try to create a really unique system to your server that people may enjoy more. Since you have much time for it now.

Thanks for the tips but i won't upgrade since i have to do the source editing + client editing again and some scripts should be edited then.. + i get some stupid things i dislike like mounts and cooldown and other crap wich i have to edit then again..

You could always make a script that gives player above 500+ free vip for example
