Yeah, that's actually what happened in 2000 when Bush defeated Al Gore despite losing the popular vote.
God knows what would have happened if Al Gore was elected. We'd probably be the greenest country in the world.

But hey, Colorado is the first state to legalize recreational marijuana use, hopefully the first of many to follow in the future.
One problem persists, marijuana is still illegal under federal law. Federal law has higher power over state law.
So, as long as you don't get caught by the FBI, you're allowed to smoke weed anywhere in Colorado.

Edit: I've got hope for Obama. I understand the current state of the economy will not and cannot be fixed overnight, and may not even be fixed by the time his second term is over (although I hope it gets a lot better). But I don't believe in flip-flopping foreign policy and everything he has accomplished during his previous term, which is what Romney would have wasted at least two years out of his term doing. And let's be realistic here, the fourth year, Presidents usually accomplish very little to nothing because of Congress - the fourth year is campaign year (usually). This time, Obama will have four full years to get us going again...

Romney would have been a waste of time, I am glad Obama won again.
