Best NPC tool for TFS 0.4

I created this here because its not really a support probolem. I am more or less looking for the best NPC tool (for creating, editing) NPCs in TFS 0.4
I have found several bust they are lacking. Are there any such tools out there? WOuld it be acceptable to link them here?

Got this one, its great for standard NPC but was hoping for something that includes travel input.
SOmething to make it easier and faster, of course one can still always use the old method and code by hand..just sux when you got tons of NPC to do
