It seems like a problem with 10.70, if you log in with 10.71 it should be fine. I'll see if I can fix it for 10.70 before next server save though.

EDIT: I've fixed it and the patch will be live at next server save. I still recommend updating to 10.71 though as there may be other issues with 10.70.
