Suggestion Donators posting faster

I'm a bit annoyed of the 45 seconds waiting time between posts, when I'm looking through the forums I'd like to be able to post a bit faster, running against this alot.

1. This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in 40 seconds.

This is just to prevent spam, it's not a big deal

Changed to 30 seconds.
