How to change the name of server?

Why do you care about that? It just gives created to the maker.. and you can edit that in source, maybe there is more than one.

I think Server Name is taked only 1 time, and isnt refreshed.

If you delete the server from otservlist and add it again the server name will change.

Doubtful that everything was changed. Besides if your going to use TFS give the developers credit? Does it really hurt that bad?

he is right.. if Tala and team made the server.. and its called The forgotten server.. you should be happy that you can use it.. if you dont want that name .. just study all script files.. learn how to make own ot and make it
