I'm Creating now project name " Icarus " - > Custom map. I want to do like every one be unique " Man Age, skills, talent tree, a lot of new and unique things like blacksmithing, mining, woodcutting, crafting and other.

how are you being unique if u use same features as 200 other OT's?

You can't be unique if you do like every one.
As for your question...

What guys you thinking about this project? It's been succesfull?

It really depends on you and how your server development will go, nobody can tell you at this point if your "Icarus" will be successful or not.

It's average, why?

• There's completely no grass on map...
  
• Buildings are mostly square, look generic and lack small details.
