Large drop magic level - bug or no?

Hi all.
Today i died at lvl 100 - profession master sorcercer. I had all blessings + twist of fate.
I lost 3 magic lvl - from 132 (with eq) and ~50% to 129 (with eq) and ~40-50%. Is it possible or it's bug?

Well u probably wore some eq that gave u 2 or 3 mlvls and now when you are below lvl 100 you can't use it. Probably Snake God's Wristguard?
