Learn spell?

I am using Elf's TFS server. And when I logged on to try it, the spells didn't work. "You need to learn this spell first."

and yes, I've searched for a while in both this forum, Elfs thread with the server and in the config.lua and other files. No NPCs selling spells either ;s

So what I want is the normal for ots - autolearn.

Ok it's solved. and for other guys with same problem - open spells.xml and change needlearn="1" to needlearn="0".
I suggest using Word 2007 or other program with "Find and Replace". peace out menz ;]
